1. Understand customer needs in detail and require customers to provide function books, PCB dimensions (two-dimensional or three-dimensional drawings) or prototypes;
If the customer cannot provide PCB size drawings or prototypes, we will draw them and submit them to the customer for confirmation.
2. After the demand is confirmed, the cost and cycle are estimated, the two parties sign a contract, and after the customer pays the proofing fee, we will make the proof.
3. Since customized products inevitably require multiple proofings, both parties will communicate in a friendly manner during this period.
4. After the sample is finalized, both parties confirm the sealing of the sample.
5. When the customer places the mass production order, the delivery date, advance payment, and warranty period are agreed upon, and the product is produced according to the final sample. After production is completed, the product will be shipped after receiving the remaining payment.
